The debentures were a major concern on this thread and Syncronys never redeemed a damned thing, but I'm sure this wasn't meant to mislead anyone. syncronys.com Hate to defend SYCR, but they did retire 1 million of the debentures per their financial filings. Everything else is right on the money..

And I always though you were a nice guy. Or are you just sticking up for your "bud" ATM? Anyway, I like the ATM thing. I just got underwriting, and we IPO in the morning. Can you gap up on an IPO? No, I didn't think so. Can your company do mousepads? I'll do the press release that mentions INTC or maybe Cisco. Do you really know some engineers down in Hicksville that are graduates of more than community colleges? If so, could you have one of them check out STVI and let me know what the feeling is?
