I think that a move toward the mid to high 20s is very likely over the next few weeks. 30 by the end of the year? - most likely. 40s in 12 months, quite possible but that's too far off to call.

If the market cooperates, I think we will see 23-23 1/2 as a baseline by the end of the week.
