My experience with IFLY:

I spent about 10 minutes re-dialing their number as I kept on getting busy signals! Finally, when I got through, I asked the guy if things were busy. He said the phone hasn't stopped ringing.

I guess this is a good sign as demand seems to be huge. However, in the long-run, they will need to accomodate this huge demand...otherwise customers will go elsewhere.

What's the big deal with having a website...didn't you know that vendors only get a $10 commission on tickets sold through the Internet, whereas they get up to $50 on tickets sold via other means? Most of the airlines in the U.S. have adopted this practice, so it's not like it will add much to IFLY's bottom line with the site. However if they want to ride the Internet tidal wave...
