I would like to see a management discussion on the present state of the company, what its components are, who leads them and the competition that's expected to be found against each component. I would like to see a very vivid description of the ESVS/Zulu vertical integration and a description of how this gives NETZ the edge over others in the field.

I'd also like to hear about the progress of the private placement, which commenced in mid-March. A report on this any fair-minded shareholder would like to see. The timing is now not only ripe, but it is right. Is the PP on target? Will the PP assure sufficient funding for future goals once the two companies become one? Are there obstacles? If so, what are they?

And, obviously, any fair-minded shareholder would like to see the audit. It's an overstatement to say that the wait has been too long. If not the audit, at least a statement relative to the status of the audit. There's too many people asking too many people and too many people giving difficult-to-give answers to too many people. How about that one?

Furthermore, I'd like the company to give an indication of whether its present strength is sufficient to move forward the business plan in a targeted manner. Will more acquisitions be necessary? Are any talks with other companies presently under negotiation.

If none of this can be accomplished under separate cover with respective press releases, then why not now a Letter to Shareholders? What we need more than a full-blown media explosion-type event, though that would be nice, is we need not some clarity but the full picture.

Frankly, I'm completely distressed to note Sriram Bala's posting (see below). He's been a solid NETZ supporter for quite a while now. I hope he has the strength to hang on. I hope we all do. Do not misunderstand my position. I remain long on NETZ. But I must admit, I'm also longing for greater clarity to the situation. This clarity--whatever the form (press release, letter to shareholders, conference call--I don't care!) would have been nice yesterday.

In closing, I'm forwarding this letter to several people within NETZ's network. Below, is the post from Sriram Bala:

I sick of this company.
I cannot believe that they have changed the top brass so much so far. What kind of
gimmick is that. I think this whole show is a shell and I thinking about selling all my holds
and getting out.
Anyone care to disagree. I am sure Jon would agree.
What can this company do when they are preoccupied with news releases that state that
there is a new CEO every week, instead talking money.
I am beginning to believe Wired's account of the whole story.
Seriously, a company's potential is based on the men who run them. Who runs Zulu?
Talk to me folks

I posted this earlier apr 13th

There is something going on (exciting I hope) amidst thick billowing cigar smoke
emanating from the auditors. The job is extremely tenuous with revenues 22% more than
the significant competition, the myriad of name changes, the rampant turnover of
personnel and BEN FRANKLINS, they work on tallying the register to the last cent. Is
it here, has it been done, if not when is it out due? Just Waiting to see the Balance sheet,
even a shadow to DCLK.
