Frank,

I'm looking to buy HWP "for the long haul" so the short term price fluctuations won't bother me much at all. I was just waiting for a dip in price, because I thought that HWP was overpriced in the 80s. My own personal analysis showed a "fair" price in the 70 to 74 range, but that was before this announcement. I'll have to rework the new numbers with lowered earnings expectations. I'd probably be a buyer with a price multiple (PE) around 22 to 24, I'd think about it at 25 or so, and decline to buy at anything over 27. Just my opinion and speculation; not a recommendation to anyone else.

I think you are right on the money. I would consider myself
lucky if I can get out at 74 tomorrow, but my guess is it will
close at 72. It probably will test 68 in the next 4 weeks,
which will be a great entry point for the next up move.
Anyway hoping for mercy tomorrow.
