Joe:

Your statement that form 10, on file for 2 years, has information the source of which GOD only knows is remarkable.

What do you mean Series B cannot be converted into more that 4.9% in any ONE position? Are you saying that the Series B is the ONLY stock IWIC ever had in XECOM and that MOST of it has been turned back to the company? I assume you mean converted to common, either way, that is a remarkable statement too.

It trust that whatever you, IWIC and LEGAL[a third party opinion?] come up will be complete, candid, thorough and something which will even satisfy GOD and that, all in all, it will be...remarkable.

Wes

P.S.: What about TOP NET?

*** Response from the Network ***

Mr. Lanza states:
> .... God only knows.

And I was questioned a few posts back why I refer to Mr. Lanza as Evangelist Lanza (I think it was Mr. Suckling who asked me this question)? Well... need I say more about Mr. Lanza's special connection with god?!

As for the Jim Lee fellow who is pushing for his own investment club advertisment, all I can say is that, like any other Network, SEE-BS does rely on the advertising money and as such Mr. Jim Lee's services have been obtained by the SEE-BS network for marketing and sales of advertisment time on the network (sort of like FIG at times).

However, to be fair, I have to thank Mr. Lanza and director Dal for their attempt in making some issues a bit more clear. And for the first time I for one have come to give this company some thought that perhaps they may not go out of business in a year from now after all and they may deserve a bit of respect for whatever it is that they are doing. If only there were more papers out there that talked about the current infrastructure and other fundamental facts of the company then things about this company would become ever more understandable! However regretfully the only papers that currently exist include (and limited to) ASTG stock certificates instead of 10K, 10Q, etc.!

Mean while (and at least until 10Q, 10K are made public) Long Live Airstar Technologies Inc.
