oops.. hey you're right I was thinkin that the March 8th SEC filing
was AFTER they announced that they didn't have the Valerie deal..
and I knew something was still up w/ that.. yes, you're right.. they
didn't get the Valerie deal.. we all know that.. but they should get
the assets.. just not the client list as I understand it.. my mistake
.. sorry to anyone I confused. Thanks Elio for keeping me in check.
