Bill, I'm sure that in hindsight, Bill wishes he had moved to Texas years ago. The problem was he had been assured that he had every legal right to operate in SC. As we have seen again and again, DHEC does not necessarily operate according to the rules agreed upon by the legal system and we are its victims.

We have no accounting of the partnership or of the company because there is no money to pay the people to do it.

Bill,
Thanks for the clarification and adept overview of your pervious
post. The facts as they have come out speak for themselves. The
circumstances surrounding those facts however don't.

My impression is that once this company gets back it's footing and
it's stock starts to really trade(my personal opinion), shareholders
will have a decision to make. Sell or hold? Is BC just a
scoundrel who's intent was to promote, manipulate and then profit
from the sell of his stock. Or perhaps, did he sell because all of
his own personnel savings have been tied up in the company and
sensing that the company was on its way, why not. I don't know. But having looked the man in the eye in his office during an impromptu visit before all of this happened, I'm going to go with first impressions and gut feeling. Giving BC the benefit of doubt, I'm going to hold on to my shares.

Regards, Marty
