Richard, I agree somewhat. In my experience, most off-shore investors are only trying to make a very good return in a short period of time. Unfortunately, they simply do not see themselves as taking advantage of "Joe Shareholder." By taking your "short" approach, they often risk hitting the ceiling of authorized shares (depending on the outstanding/authorized ratio) and, in the end, only do themselves (and, consequently, the company) harm. Additionally, companies familiar with Reg. S procedures will have done their homework and will not deal with Reg. S investors with such a track record. Dexx
