Eric, these two issues you hold are technically unattractive, and would not be considered for my portfolio. Looking at your entry point for CMND at the CMND thread, it would appear that you do not yet have a respect for the technical (and financial) implications of a negative trend.

This kind of conversation may not be appropriate for this thread, but please let me direct you (albeit with some reservation) to a message I had posted on my other thread, The Rational Analyst, regarding my experiences with trading against the trend:
