I believe it had to do with unfulfilled agreements. Unfortunately, I do not know the details.

However, in the conversations I have had with the company, I have grown increasingly confident in CEO Gary Borglund's ability to right the ship in all areas. He appears to be addressing the past, immediate and future needs of the company in a very level-headed and methodical way.

I feel more confident in this stock than any OTC stock I have invested in in a long time.

Gary said that he wasn't going to rush the deal to put an inferior product out or package out. I can't remember the exact quote, but he said it was in the lawyers hands, because of that statement!
