exchange2000.com utility index didn't reflect market's rise yesterday usually when Clinton is in Europe or abroad, I have noticed the market usually does well... interesting..last night on one of the television shows heard somebody indirectly blame Clinton for India's nuclear tests...via fund raising..China build up of missiles and missiles aiming at India.. who really knows.. more rioting in Indonesia.. wonder how long the US market will be safe haven ... wonder when more negative reporting will unfold over IMF's tries.. heard that the sanctions on India will hurt US corporations..wonder what their lobbies will try to do.. wonder if rumored Soros's short on British pound portends peak in London market..have heard repeatedly that that market leads the world markets.. bobby ps..re India: heard repeatedly that a lot cheap labor in programming comes from India..ie..a lot of last windows 95 was written in small village in India..also remediation for year2000...IMRS...etc
