No, I did not say taht. I still do not understand exactly what you are asking either. Are you asking if a binding letter of intent with a corporation that does not exist is not actually binding? Because if that is what you are asking, I have another question. BAWK! :>

You know Bill, all our asking, asking, asking, makes me feel a little like the kids that shamed their parents into getting married for real. And do we get any thanks for that. Not one that I have seen.

Maybe if we keep asking, asking, asking we will find out about Telanis. Though perhaps someone is scurrying even as we post to make that a real company. Wonder what date that will turn out to be incorporated on?

Wouldn't you think that they would want to make this info available? Do you suppose that it is in any shareholders interest not to be informed? Unless of course, if . . .

I reread your post and I think I understand better. Are you asking if issuing a Press Release from a publicly traded company that mentions a binding letter of intent to acquire a corporation that does not exist could have an influence on the price of the company's stock? :>
