"one year is a logical time period to have stock restricted? It would
certainly explain the drop in price and make me more confident that
we have bottomed."

I am not a current FAMH stockholder, I have been several times in the past months. I still follow the stock and will buy back in only when
I am comfortable with the management.

I would like to say that I recall that months ago Little Engine
said that FAMH would not show us the audited financials until June
because of their restricted stock. Could this be the reason we have not seen them? The trading activity in the past had me thinking about this also.

Best of luck
Dennis Foster

Mike, I can't read all of the posts either :-). From what I understand, the 48MM, or 50MM or whatever does not constitute the entire float. A major percentage is held close by management and by the principal from certain acquisitions and some were used to access the line of credit. As far as LE's remark about June and the restricted shares, I think that he was implying something dubious. If so, he is basically saying that Ira and Arif and the other principals who hold restricted shares would be so stupid as to put them out on the open market, especially now(for obvious reasons). In any event, since the company became public last year, and there were no acquisitions until the fall of last year if I remember correctly, the only restricted shares that may even(because I do not know the details) become unrestricted would be Arif's, and possibly Ira's. Again, it would be foolish of them to put them out, and I would my computer(which I can't live without) that they are not that foolish.

Jin.
