Randyatcal, I am not sure what you mean by a two week extension on numbers. I just checked Edgar and AGTI has not filed an extension request for the 10Q that is due on the 15th. That is not to say that they will not, but as of now this is not the case. It appears that you have done some checking beyond the PR pieces regarding management. What were you able to find out about these guys. None of the people that I know and deal with in the bingo industry has any information about them, so your resources would be very helpful. Its good that at least someone is out there doing some checking instead of simply recycling press release information. tgs59
