Well technically this wasnt a proxy vote... this was a request for a proxy vote, and requesting the issues being put on the proxy.

The company must honor these requests though and then offer this as a formal proxy vote... in other words what we did was send a notice to CVIA requesting this formal proxy. Now CVIA has to take it from there and notify ALL THE SHARE HOLDERS and then formally conduct it by asking the 3 things on that "referendum request"

No I dont know the results, its really none of my business, this is Jacks responsibility to count and honor this issue.

Also I have seen nothing suggested from CVIA stating we would have the chance to vote for or against this merger, read all the past PRs nothing is mentioned. Its a moot point if WOTD bought the majority of the float through a rigged Reg S placement, that may have happened in Dec/Jan we will be investigating that very very closely.
