Ha the Raj: so taciturn - so uplifting - so NorthWest (Pakistan/India border) - I worked with some Pakistanis up in Chicago - greatest folk to work for - teased one of them by saying he was really born across the border in India - - very sensitive even here. The point is that India has a large pool of programmers who will have a more difficult time now with the sanctions: US business will rebel against the sanctions - - and Congress will be whipped back into submission again. It should be interesting for all to watch. On the other hand, many Russians, Ukrainians, Belorussians, Bulgarians and so forth may be able to fill in gap if sanctions are inclusive of programmers.
