To All:

Something to ponder:
1. Mercedes buys Chrysler
2. Alcatel and/or Siemens rumored to be eyeing Motorola
3. DOJ trying to dismantle MSFT
4. Economists and Alan Greensponge telling us that American Cos. are overvalued.

It used to be when American stocks were "cheap" we were doing the taking over. Now when our markets are "overpriced" our companies look cheap. In the meanwhile our own country is trying to dismantle the best company in the US - the crown jewel so to speak. What is it that Europe knows that we don't? I'd hate to see SAP picking up the pieces of a broken up MSFT.

Why isn't DOJ and Commerce examining the takeover of America's assets by foreign entities? Can you imagine if Lu tried to buy out Alcatel?
The French would be up in arms. None of this makes sense to me. Can some one explain it? Perhaps the real Queen of Hearts will please stand up.
