Joe: You mentioned that new WEBS would be forthcoming. I last heard about this more than 6 months ago. Is there some updated information in this regard? Thank you Peter

Joe, Thanks for the excellent reply. There is som much uncertainty right now and I think that shows up in the lack of trading in the SE asian webs, real lack of liquidity and I am worried about how closely they are tracking real market values. Yesterday there were only 18 trades on the Indonesian market, so really what are the true market values of some of these companies? The next 2 to 3 months should be very interesting, although the important news should become evident within one month, I mean how long can these markets and countries hang on? I would like to short the webs, but I don't know if you can. Thanks for your help, stay in touch. Don
