Mohan, Humans have always used weapons for both defensive and offensive purposes. Once the genie is let out of the bottle, things will never be the same. India has the H bomb, and Pakistan doesn't. Given all the U.S. sanctions against India, I can't imagine that Pakistan would ever be able to accomplish the same feat. What do you think will happen between the two countries if India possesses weapons of greater destructive power than Pakistan could ever hope to obtain? David
