Richard,

I am forecasting 2nd quarter based on my evaluation of the public documents. This company is ramped up. They are spending money to insure capability and secure associations with big players to enhance their ability to sign contracts now and in the future. I also think they will come over as a USA issue and they will enhance their USA issue with improving quarters the remainder of the calender year.

I have discussed this theory before on this thread---->YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE INSIDE INFORMATION TO THINK FOR YOURSELF!

In reading the remainder of your comment I have the following observations:
1) The alleged loans from officers are probably happening(do you have inside information?) I doubt that these loans are in any danger of being called in by a bank though. Why would a company's chief officer and major share-holder pull the plug on the company? Banks do not run the businessmen they loan money to out of business! Officers don't run the businesses they loan money to out of business!
2) Your statement about need for sales to be 400K per day is poorly thought out! Lets see--400K times 365=$14,600,000,000.00( that is $14.6 billion). Your figure of 50% net on sales leaves FRX with a cool
$7.3 billion. This amount divided by approx. 11.8 million shares is approx. $6.00/ Share( annual earnings.) Let us figure ANY COMPANY that earns $6/shr to be worth a share price of 15 times earnings which equals $90.00 share. In this instance however because of the "Richard Moore" example the growth would be worth a share price of >~ $1000.00/ share. That is much more than the $6 you are worried about in your example.

Well Richard-- Nice talking with you. Please do not make inferences about my knowledge sources lightly. I take those statements seriously.

D Kost
