Jim,

1. Reg. S investors seldom, if ever, have any business dealings with the company they are investing in (if that is what you are implying).

2. Neither the company, nor the transfer agent, is under any obligation to appraise you, or any other shareholder, of specific details relating to share allocation (unless pursuant to SEC rules regarding such disclosure).

Jim--What is the holders' "end of the bargain". Is there a reg that says convertible holders can't intentionally short a stock down so as to permit them to convert into more shares at a lower price?

If not, there should be.

I also have a call in to PKGP requesting the TA's number.

The previously posted O/S and float numbers don't make sense.

My broker, NDB, says, get this, there's only 6MMshares outstanding...were it only true.
