PH, I don't think so. The third-world countries learned long ago that if they do outrageous, dangerous stunts, the United States would throw money at them to get them to stop. I am looking to get back into India Fund at 7 1/2. Buy when there is blood on the streets and radiation in the air. In fact, this smokey schmaze we have in Houston right now from the fires in Mexico and Central America may be behind the rise in real estate prices. <G>

I was under the impression that India was not really part of the whole Asian Miracle bubble, and thus does not have all of the excesses built into its economy.
