Well, good point - yes, big difference. I never ran a public company, shrank in horror at the thought, actually. Still, though, it wouldn't be my style to sweat the small stuff - if what we're looking for is clues as to whether or not there is an honest and capable effort on the part of cshk management to improve shareholder value, then personally I would have the dates of filing way down on the list of priorities, unless there were laws broken or evidence of intent to defraud. ...... cheers, all, gotta go ........... marcos
