Jeff, "sitting on 29K shares and waiting" On Oct. 3, 97 you said that you were in for 21K at .75, please don't tell me that you have only added 8K shares in that amount of time with the price, in the mean time, dipping to as low as .125 and with the twice spike to .75 you did not trade. No wonder your upset. Ken W

Boydude, Just passing through. Been a holder for along time as well. I too find it hard to understand how info gets out so easy. However, so far, i am thankful for the info and saw approx. the last trades totaling 45,000 on the buy side!! So i guess someone likes what they see!! Info gets out on all stocks, on an early basis, at some point and time!! Happens everyday!! Let's just say the info was delivered unknowingly and you have to admit that John did see and read our concerns the last day or so!! I wouldn't want any downward pressure if i were him either!! It has taken alot of info just to get back to the 0.50 to 0.75 range. If a figure of 1mm hits the market on the same day, 1 TO 2 MILLION shares become the property of MDIX, cutting the float somewhat!! Everybody would join in as well. The stock could hit $2-3 dollars in a day!! There is no way the mm's could keep a handle on that kind of "WANT" factor. The volume would easily hit 2-3 million shares in one day. I also know alot of people would hold at those levels to see the internet return on a long term play. Sounds like how they play there money on the buy will determine the price we end up at!! I like having a posion pill, It shows me that john doesn't want to give up what he and Keith and others have made of this relationship. We will just have to wait and see!! Good luck to everyone. MIKE
