Dear borb - not sure if that [voting on SI] will serve any purpose <g>. Rather, it is good to have different opinions so people may be able to assume different perspectives. Then different people can draw their own conclusion. If they think their shares worth $45, why bother to sell for losses or incur cap gain tax now. If they think BAY will be $15 soon, they can sell and short some more to double up or at least even out. Again, from my perspective, while takeover rumor is great at least to catapult our humble thread to the Hot Subject list, I am holding it based on my decisions [muddled as they may be <SG>] best regards, B
