Speculative but not unrealistic. Who knows but 7 millions shares when a company is struggling for cash. This company is victorious for news releases right before earnings to soften to blow. Then after the numbers, someone gets fired. In October it was the accounting person. January/February it was the VP. My guess on most of the 7 million shares is share dilution where the shares are picked up by the Manthers Fund (think I have the right group).

Personally, I hope I am dead wrong but I got burned time after time for a over a year with this company.

I'm sure that SYCR does have a new product, but it is a very simple product that there simply won't be any need for. Win95 and Win98
are not much different and are quite compatible with each other.
If MSFT felt there was a need for it they could write it into
thier OS in a heartbeat, but its just not needed IMO.
