Brian, you should be wondering about the 2.5ns Xeon Sram. You know, 400mhz = 2.5ns cycle time.... Seriously though, I think Intel will be making their own Srams for the Xeon. They published a paper on fast Srams. Does anyone else sell a 2.5ns Sram?
