I took the time to do the DD then when I saw it running I panicked. Oh well. I just called the company and confirmed that each unit consists of an 8% note payable 2003 and a warrant to purchase one share of common stock at .10 The only thing she said different was that all the units were tied together as 1 item. So if I purchased $1000 worth of units I got only 1 warrant to purchase 10,000 shares for $1000 versus 10,000 warrants exersizable at .10 each. Confusing. I will call back later and ask for them to send me a copy of the prospectus on the rights offering. I want to also find out the authorized shares. JF
