LETTER TO MANAGEMENT
Get the financials out already. All the news releases in the world won't do anything unless financials are released. Many people, including myself, have been promised by your company that the financials will be out in early May. Looking at my calendar, there are 2 days left in early May. You owe it to us shareholders to at the very least make a statement telling us you are behind schedule and they will be out. I've talked to various people in Zulumedia and I know many of you read the posts on this thread so I know you are getting this message!!!!

Terry, neither company has ever stated that they intend to merge the companies.

They say they are pursuing a "business combination". I'm not convinced that that is the same thing as a full-on merger.

In any case, it ain't happened, and stuff can change.

Much speculation here has hinged on the notion that these two companies need each other, and that ESVS really has no other choice, if they are to keep their NASD listing.

It appears, though, that there is NOT an imperative for ESVS to follow-thorugh with a full merger, and, for now, has what they need to maintain the NASDAQ listing.

Off Topic..I made a promise to myself to not post until financials came out but JT makes it so difficult not to comment on his comments. JT finally stated recently that his motive for spending so much time on the thread is to educate himself and he would not consider buying any shares. Well JT it is graduation time of year. You have earned a degree here. Time to move on. I have to think that if you had spent as much time pursuing a real education as you have on this thread you would have your PHD or Doctorate by now. Get real JT.
