Roger confirmed that they have not availed themselves to the $60 million Group.

The question of financing did come up. In regard to certain acquisitions my memory gets fuzzy here but he mentioned "504 funds" and stock options. I don't know what these funds are.

He also seem to indicate that negotiations were on going with somebody else and since they were, these matters could not be discussed.
