Dr. T: RE: < SI members scored an average of 97%>

Just like the cartoon in Barrons mentioned on MoneyTalk a few weeks ago, I have a plan for when I show my test score to my parents if the score should turn out to be poor. I'll just say my SI class is full of gifted people and the test was scored on a curve :-)))

Have a nice vacation this weekend.

I just took that test just for kicks. The only question for which
I disagreed with their answer is the one about which investment is
the best hedge against inflation (my exact phrasing may be a little
off).

I still say that in inflationary times you are better off in real
estate and gold.

Just a thought here - since the SI members scored an average of 97%,
does this mean that we all know the other answers but we are split
about 50/50 as to the best investment to hedge against inflation?

What do others think? BTW I think the question is rigged because
they are in the business of selling stock funds, not real property.
I am not biased by my investments in real estate because I don't
have any other than my house.
