SEE, like many small companies with an emerging product, needs $$$ for expansion / marketing, etc. Venture capitalist firms/investors can supply the $$$ but they typically want a material piece of the company and management influence, etc. I suspect that Roper offered SEE the best terms. Roper obviously needs to get the stock up to higher levels in order to do a financing with the least dilution>>> I say B I N G O - thats exactly the way I see it. If RRN backs off again it's looking like a real good buy. There's lots of people telling the story, and it's a good one with excellent growth potential IMHO of course.
