I don't know.... perhaps we need to convene a council and discuss this issue, Everyone in attendance is required to have at least a Prentice Hall Reference Guide to Grammar and Usage as a minimum standard to present an authoritative pronouncement of judgement.

This matter really needs clarification for future entries.

The search begins. So many forgotten memories; college id, first lease, grade transcripts, photo albums, record albums, love letters, phone bills, bridal magazines .Finally, after a long walk down memory lane. Here is the book: Practical English Handbook.
