Of course there's more: "We intend to bring Mr. Shimron's conduct to the attention of the United States Bankruptcy Court at the earliest opportunity. Indeed, if the allegations made in Mr. Shimron's Section 304 petition had even a shred of truth to them, it appears to us that to resort to newspapers and Internet postings would not have been necessary, but instead he would have confined his efforts to the courts. As we all know, false accusations made in newspapers and Internet postings are difficult to refute, and are not subject to sanctions as they would be if they were contained in court papers. In the United States, it is considered questionable, if not ethically improper, for lawyers to attempt, as Mr. Shimron apparently has, to use the press to litigate their cases".
Does this sound familiar?
Who is the lemming?
Who is the criminal?
How long do you think these guys will support the short side? If they haven't already stopped? Haven't heard anything new in a while have we?
warmest regards

Nonsense. By the way, Do you think the fact that the attorneys working on a contingency basis in the recent $6 billion tobacco settlements were uninspired due to the economic incentive?

As for Mr. Pink, He would rather have a rabid greedy lawyer on His side working for a fat fee-but only if he draws blood than some namby pamby pay by the hour attorney who gets paid no matter what.
