garry, i talked to don, the broker today and i asked him some your questions. i was writing everything so i could be pefect to remember the answers.
he said that we don't need a writing agreement because he trusts me and i have been his client for one year and my boss is his client. i asked him about a legal agreement like you said and he got angry about all the questions. he said where do i get the questions from. and i told him a friend. i did not lie to him exactly but i did not tell him that i am getting questions from the chat boxes of si. he told me that the investment business is very complecated and he is trying to make it easy. he said that other people are jealous that they cannot get what he is giving me. i think he sounded angry. but i tried to calm him down when he said that he thought i was calling him a cheat. i did not do that and would never do that. but i did once think alex balkncky of cube was a cheat. i think he is okay now but i got hurt by his stock of his company.
but anyway don was angry so i did not want him to think bad so i joked that my dog was interested in making money because he is feeling sorry looking at me trying to feed him all the time. i go to costco in new jersye and bring back food for him for one month by train. people think i'm crazy on the train. well i think don got better but i really don't know to much more.
he just said that it is a standard situation. i wrote that down because i wanted to make sure that i did answer your question perfect.
he sounds like something is wrong. maybe he is losing money today for people in the hege fund. if so i would yell at me for asking to many questions when i am trying to trade big blocks for special clients.
that is it so far. if things get better and jim my boss sends me downtown for a delivery i will try to sneak over to see don in person and ask him to show me everything.
do you know what i should ask to see so that i can be sure that he makes the big bucks for the hege fund? i know that he is doing it big for my boss and my bosses boss. and i have reasons to know thisa. i am not blind about money at least about other peoples money. thanks
