Jon, I'm clairvoyant enough to have a handle on when you're wrong concerning NETZ. In fact, I don't need to be clairvoyant to know when you're wrong on NETZ. And regarding who you consult with for clairvoyancy, I recommend that you try another 900-number.

Because you're wrong again!

But before I get into that, let me first note your lack of intention to seek any kind of verification, on anything, from the company. Thread readers will recall I earlier asked you "set the table" and make an inquiry to the company. Several folks have asked you to do just this in the past. I specifically asked that you do it so you wouldn't have to object to other people's interpretations of the same information you'd receive.

Couldn't we save a step here, were you to do this? Nope. You'd rather get your objection, your distortive licks in, as always.

So rather than make the call, you completely switch topics.

Your new one? An attempt to instill a sense of fear upon potential and/or unrooted investors. The pipeline you now grease is that: There may not be a merger after all?!?

You do this not only over common sense interpretations of a contract attorney, but also in the face of--how do they say it?--clear and convincing evidence. There are two parts: a) the press release announcing that both companies will form into a "single business entity"--contingent on shareholder approval and SEC guidelines (mentioned in each release)--as affirmed by Terry T; and b) completely ignoring the domain registration where a laptop business entity has registered in a Zulu name (see previous SI NETZ posting). Remember, or have you conveniently forgotten, ESVS has the laptop business, AND an announced intent to merge with Zulu.

So clearly your motivation is to undermine NETZ. Why you are so motivated? We've already asked and have heard your very pat answers in the past. Repeat them, if you wish. It's not necessary.

But, sure again, what you weave is interesting. As were several of your previous unfounded assertions. But the result you achieve rests authoritatively only within your own conclusion. That some folks have come to determine your machinations is well-evidenced.

One other thing. What you say rests on the merits of what you say; not what I say. So please discontinue the use of "PartyTime" in order to justify that you have a right to conjure something else up.

In closing, Terry has a point. Is what you are saying and doing to this company fraudulent and misleading? It might be prudent now to suspect so.
