Smartin, you seem to be suggesting insiders may be selling their shares here which accounts for the price staying down while volume has significantly increased. Is it not true that for company insiders to be selling their shares that they must first file with the SEC giving public notice? This was talked about some time ago on the RMIL thread pertaining to GM and RB's shares and was mentioned that their shares are now unrestricted but they would have to file with the SEC of their intentions and then some period of time later, like 90 days, they could sell. Please correct me if this is wrong.
