I believe it's just a GTC order.....here is a clip from an EMail that I rec'd from someone confused for me....

>>>>>
The attempt to purchase RMIL on the "pink sheets" has
not been successful. At a price of $5.50 there is no
one willing to sell! Thus I will not submit any further
buy orders using this strategy. From what I understand
my order was being referred to three market makers
and only Hill-Thompson would respond by entering a bid
for THEM to buy shares at prices that varied over the
recent past from $0.10 to $0.50. In other words Hill
Thompson wanted a share owner to sell to them at a tiny
price and then hit my order to buy at a much higher
price !!! <<<<<<<<

This accurately sums up our pink-sheet experience, I tried selling 100 shares for $200/share and was told that was out of the limit, yet, I was able to put in a GTC for $4/share to buy....no takers!!! Where were you David R., Garland.....B Mart was trying to buy @ $5.50 and Riley @ $5/share.....if you guys are serious , put in those GTC orders
