Thank you for the kind remarks however I am not sure it qualifies as DD. For the last 4 years I served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Joseph Stevens Group (the company they acquired in San Diego). Our operation actually makes up the largest percentage of their revenues. I also served as the Chief Technology Officer (although I was an outside director I am CEO of a company that specializes in call center technology). I am not intending to give a resume here just saying that what I posted is not guess work but years of hands on experience and a lot of time across the negotiating table with the IFLY guy's.

And just to show that I am willing to put my money where my mouth is if you go back and look at the news for IFLY you will see that on March 26th or so that we (Joseph Stevens) agreed to sell back to IFLY the make whole rights on the stock we received from the merger. I negotiated that deal with our CEO and the IFLY people knowing full well that once our potential dilution wasn't hanging over their heads, and with the capital to execute the business plan that the stock would take off. You will also see on that news release that we agreed not to sell any of our stock for approximately one year. By the way all of my directors stock is locked up with this agreement, and it could have been freely trading if we hadn't agreed. Once again no resume, just wanted to let you know I am living it right with you guys.

As to the comparisons with preview travel, if you are in your car or otherwise mobile (ie not on your computer) how do you book a ticket with a agency that you don't know the phone number for. Most people don't forget 800-lowairfare or 800-fly4less. Also what is the current percentage of the population that has a computer in their home (remember this is leisure travel, not business)?
