Hi Doug and Everyone!

Finally, a +15/16 (5+%) pop for CREAF. I picked up 700 shares of BTGC @ $9.00 today. The stock is selling fairly cheap since the correction and double bounce recently. Premies looking good.

P/E VALUE:

NASDAQ: (BTGC : $9) $424 million Market Cap at May 18, 1998 Trades at a 21% Discount PE Multiple of 25.7 X, vs. the 32.5 X average multiple at which the Drugs SubIndustry is priced.

TECHNICALS INDICATORS:

BTGC is coming off the bottom of $7.00+ recently. Both RSI and Bollinger Bands are positive and are approaching $10 which should offer mild resistance. Also, BTGC is about to cross over it's 50-day moving average. That may attract some attention from the daytraders. Next earnings report is due out on July 13, 1998.

July 10 Calls are going for around 5/8 (6.9% unmargined 13.8% margined). If you get called out your return would be $10.00-$9.00=$1.00 stk. apprec.+ $62.5 CC premie = $1.62/$9.00 = 18% unmargined 36% margined for two months time! Try doing that 6 times this year and see what your annual rate of return comes out to.
