And this is REALLY interesting: Motorola to make cellular announcement CHICAGO, May 13 (Reuters) - Motorola Corp. plans to announce a ''significant development in the international digital cellular infrastructure marketplace'' Thursday, the company said. Adrian Nemcek, general manager of Motorola's Cellular Infrastructure Group's European Cellular Infrastructure Group, will hold a media briefing Thursday morning, the company said. A spokeswoman declined further comment on the announcement. Motorola shares were up 3-1/8 at 59 Wednesday, amid market rumors of a possible takeover or merger.
