Dexx,

Sounds like the number I have. I did a lot of DD first. You should, too. Not everyone can supply you with what you need as you probably know. As for me, I have enough to feel very very comfortable sitting here waiting for our time to come.

But, if there are some things you'd like to know, I'm certain you can read them all right here going back over all the posts. Then, if you have more questions, as I sure you will, as the rest of us always have, pose them and I'm sure we'll all be very happy to answer or try to point you in the right spot. Then, you can bring light to those issues that haven't been discussed.

Good luck and we'll all be here.

Kevin

dex your posting about the debeture was interesting.

No,i don't think the company silence is odd, they have a deal cooking and they can't talk, happens all the time.

And no I don't think the volume and price range is strange. a lot of aquisition on very little news. that's a good sign with a penny stock.

What I DO think is odd is that someone with your slick sounding stock expertise would spend $12,500 without knowing anything basic about the company??

For someone who obviously <no put-down here> knows a lot about financing methods and structures vis-a-vis convertible debentures etc.....

...to buy 250,000 shares of *anything* without knowing whether it was a reporting company really surprises me. That is one of the first things I check whilst doing my DD.
