Mr. Martin-

You have not made a reasonable argument since you've been on this thread.. I'm going to repost all the "facts" this morning.

You are not so naive... unless you are so ignorant.....

You have not read any of this thread....

If you had ... you'd realize how irrelevant your words are and how foolish you must appear to anyone reading info in these discussions,

As for the "press release" regarding sell signal....any one in this business who reacts to that particular company's egregious attempt at self promotion....doesn't remain in this business for very long.

I haven't decided yet....but I may advise others to take action against that particular company for so egregiously making an effort to cover its own short positions.

Mr. Martin , if you are in any way affililated with that group you too will be included in that probe.

Mr. Martin...I also find your words very patronizing to someone such as myself who has been in this business for a very long time...and has probably had more success in 1 hour then you've had in your entire career.

I will not tell you not to wirte. But I will ask you to make a significant ,rather than puerile, contribution to this page.

Thank you for your attention to these concerns.

ztect.

btw- too lazy to correct my typo's

Mitchell.

I just got back from an all day conference and just finished reading through the thread. Robert has made his point three, or is it four, times now.

Whether it is a valid or invalid point you and many others have addressed him. To me, at least, it seems if he was sincerely interested in our fiscal concerns, he would have respected others point of view, been satisfied with himself for sharing these concerns, and move on to other issues.

If he is that upset over what he perceives as PNLK's blunder, let him sell his shares first thing Monday....and not try to convince everyone to do the same.

As for myself I have made my decisions to buy this company for many reasons. I did not buy paper.

SOME of these reasons are as follows:

1. The professional quality of their initial shareholders package to investors. I have seen many share holder statements as well as business proposals. The bogus ones typically are on scurrilous looking papers. Plus the depth of knowledge and degree of explanation regarding the company expressed in the brochure are not what one gets from an illegitimate company

2. The preliminary website is straight forward and user friendly. Plus clearly and unequivocally lists its partners. If proxicom and others weren't already aboard, don't you really think we would have similar statements from these other companies with disclaimers.

3. Ability by the company PNLK to explain all the steps, in detail, of all the different steps necessary in PLAIN language. Bogus companies tend to use a lot of "key" words and jargonful expressions which seem more intended to sound important than be informative.

4. Conservative financial projections in first year, especially after considering the numbers of "hits" on site during first month.

5. Sane level of financials presented. Keeping overhead low, reasonable rent (for NYC), not taking on too big a line of credit... in a "brain" power industry that doesn't require a lot of start up capital and therefore, will quickly have a decent balance sheet because PNLK doesn't carry a lot of debt.

6. Incorporated in the State of Delaware. A state that has some of the best tax rates for business and is in-between the Global political and cultural centers of the country and world: NY and DC.

7.Talking with many small and two large companies I know who immediately understood the need for the services this company provides.

8. My own knowledge (school, self-taught, and acquired from work) of global commerce. Goods are manufactured in country's with lower labor rates and less regulation, imported and assembled in the USA (Japan,or Germany), then either consumed here (or there) and exported. Thus I understand the need for the services PNLK can provide.

9. The services provided by PNLK are comprehensive and inexpensive, and therefore will be attractive to small and medium sized companies that don't have these services. Plus, these services will also be attractive to large businesses that can OUTSOURCE these services thus reducing their overhead and improving their bottom line. This will add value to these companies also by giving these companies additional sources for raw materials, parts, and finished products which, in turn, can increase profit margins.

10. Lawyers working for DOW Jones are butt heads. (jk)...but the legals for all of these agreements .being formed must be very THICK considering potential revenues. Therefore, these documents are going through many different levels of scrutiny and approvals....some one made a mistake .....there isn't really any good reason to spend four hours on this thread harping about it. Better to make all the mistakes now, then after this service is up and running. Better to clarify all understandings NOW so NO misunderstandings ( i.e. legal actions) occur later. THIS IS CONTRACT 101. So the retraction, again, is nothing worth losing any sleep over.

=============================================

These are MY reasons for investing in this company...maybe you can share with me some of your own that differ from mine.

These are MY reasons. If someone is so upset over what, I feel, isn't major news....just tell him he made his point and tell him to sell.

My decisions to hold are based on the above and many other reasons..His PURPORTED anxieties, if sincere which I doubt, should compel him to do whatever he feels he should do

I, personally, am not going to get into these little pissing wars over the legitimacy of my decisions.

Nothing I've heard from the depressants have been that compelling..They all have made what appear to be self serving statements that have no credibility.

But again that is just my INFORMED and professional opinion

Sincerely,

ztect
