Winston,

I don't know that I agree about the spike being brought about by the "news" of yesterday. The press release from the shareholder's meeting (1) was available since the morning (7:31 AM,) with no effect on the stock, and (2) contained no real news, except for the number of upcoming Phase II studies and the types of cancer to be targeted by each. So why the sudden spike at 3:10?

I don't buy the Dow Jones argument, either, as I presently understand it. Does anyone know when, _exactly_, the press release hit Dow Jones? Am I mistaken in my belief that it hit well _after_ 3:10?

The Reuters story is time-stamped 3:51, and I thus assume it to be the result, not the cause, of the huge rally. I suspect the same can be said of the DJ timing. Please correct me in the event that I am wrong.

I think that something may be going on here...

Good luck,
RB
