Bob: My opinion is the HSI will attempt to re-visit the lows of last year, running downhill ahead of slumping asset prices. As you indicate, asset/property prices are just too, too high. At exactly what level the HSI will then pivot and turn up is probably better left to the TA people.

I hope the "turtlehead" at the airport was not traveling in an official capacity.
