Doug,

<<Looks like Richard is correct that O.IPMC = IPMC = IPMCF >>

I don't know if Richard said that or not, but I don't believe it is correct. International Precious Metals Corp trades on the CDN as IPMC, and in the US as IPMCF. Shares traded as IPMC are distinct from shares traded as IPMCF, although you can buy on one "exchange" and sell on the other, ie the shares are "interchangeable" but trade independently. Bid and ask prices are roughly comparable or there would be a market for buying one place and turning around and selling in another place.

For instance, today, on the CDN 7200 shares were traded at 0.30C(about 0.22$) followed by 1100 at 0.35C (~0.25$). OTOH, IPMCF traded 9000 shares today, all at 0.20$.

If anyone has a different interpretation, please post.

Thanks,

Alan
