Funny how this old trick of distracting from internal problems by muscle flexing to a ("enemy") foreign state still seems to be working (see Arg - U.K., Germany before WW2, Iran - Irak war, etc.), at least temporarily............

The consensus at the lunch table here was that India will probably finish up all of its testing and then go ahead and sign the Nuclear
Proliferation Treaty and then all sins will be forgiven...
What do you all think of that scenario?
