Scoobey-Do, explained to me by Anita: Yes - Betting Inc needs to receive all the authorizations back before the initial trials, once the testing process is completed, which is estimated to be completed less than (est.) one month, then future clients, which includes, vendors, purchasers (consumers) and banking will not be required to go through a testing period (IMHO basic hook-up and training). They have not started testing. Best wishes:)
