I really have to believe that BellSouth is next. I think SBC and PacBell might be more of a reach. I know SBC is ready to go with LD. They've supposedly got a number of innovative calling plans and promotions on the table. But, I'm not sure if those would mesh with QWST LD. I think Bell Atlantic will try to wait until it can offer LD itself. They appear pretty close to getting approval in NY. Just my opinions.

I wouldn't be shocked to see SBC sign up though given their maverick reputation. Just don't know how that would look to regulators as they go after Ameritech.
